Mrs. Zapata is the office administrator for the firm, she is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office, including financial management, non-legal staff management, space and facilities management, and communication with firm management. She is also responsible for providing administrative leadership for the office and acting as liaison between the office and firm management.
Ms. Serrano is responsible for leading and planning the billing operations for the firm. Ms. Serrano’s duties include designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures for effective billing, as well as streamlining effective billing processes and collections.
Ms. Diaz is a paralegal/legal assistant in the Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Diaz has extensive experience in multiple facets of litigation. She currently oversees the organization and management of documents in large-scale litigation as well as assisting in pre-litigation matters. Ms. Diaz has also organized and analyzed case material and performed both legal and non-legal research. She has extensive experience in interviewing witnesses and gathering information from a wide variety of public and private sources.
Real Estate Assistant
Ms. Vargas works in the real estate/corporate department preparing preclosing and post closing matters. Ms. Vargas works closely with realtors, banks, estoppel departments, lien search companies during the real estate closing process. Ms. Vargas is a key team member in ensuring that the transaction moves smoothly from the execution of the real estate contract through the closing of the purchase/sale and completing all post closing work.
